Govt. Agrasen College Bilha, NAAC accredited Grade 'B', has been established by Agrawal Seva Samiti, Bilha on 15th Nov. 1984 and taken over by the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh on 17th August, 1989.

22 KM away from Bilaspur Junction, it is situated in the rural area to meet the requirement of development and higher education for the concerned people. The campus of the institution is spread over the area of 17 acres with proper boundary walls.

It is easily accessible by rail and road towards Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh.
